In these days of upheaval, when you are showing up for others, for your values, for the causes that you believe in, it is not selfish to take care of your soul - it’s essential. If you want to show up in this moment in history in a sustainable way, you have to tend to your center. Creativity is one way to do that. Led by coach and artist Theresa Kim, each session will offer a creative practice to help you nourish your soul. Together we will create a space free of judgment, free of noise, free of news. No artistic experience needed. It is not about the art, it’s about what gets created inside us while we’re making the art. We believe that caring for your soul should not be based on your finances.
