About the event
Kids ages 5–13 are invited to a vibrant painting adventure with artist Julio Cachiguango. Julio makes learning to paint easy and exciting, showing kids how to sketch a realistic horse step-by-step and then bringing it to life with vibrant colors.
Julio Cachiguango is a renowned Kichwa artist from Ecuador who finds his inspiration in everyday life and his two perspectives in life: His Andean roots and his metropolitan life in the Madison, WI, area. A fusion of these elements brings a unique perspective in his paintings of native and urban art. His art can be seen in Ecuador, New York, Chicago, and Madison, WI.
