  • Who is a good fit for the coworking space?
Any artist, aspiring creative, or arts entrepreneur who is looking to work out of a vibrant and respectful community.
  • What's the working environment like?
ART House 360 is bustling with working artists of many disciplines. There may be music, conversation, performances, classes, or other distractions. Some artists thrive in a busy work environment and others may not. We can't promise quiet, but 24/7 access allows coworking members the flexibility to try different times of day. The glass doorway of the coworking studio allows visitors to see our working artists. The door is closed to the public except for special events for which you'll receive notice. Artists will receive a temporary security code and may create some privacy with shelving or other items as approved. The open plan studio space does not have walls or barriers between spaces, so you can expect a collaborative environment. However, each tenant has a dedicated, outlined space and lockable storage. This atmosphere is ideal for those looking for more community and socializing with artists, as opposed to those looking for complete privacy in the studio.
  • What is security like?
Only studio artists and their studio assistants/collaborators will be able to access the space. You will be given a personal key code to access the studio 24/7.
  • How many artists does the space fit?
We have a total of 5 studio spaces, one of which is reserved for our artist-in-residence program. Lease terms are flexible, but after the term of your lease has ended, we will open the space up to new artists on our list.
  • Is there shared equipment and/or supplies?
Yes! Easels, tables, chairs/stools, some modest supplies, and other furnishings & equipment are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We have a form for consideration of requests.
  • Can I divide a month with another artist or artists?
Yes, we're happy to accommodate! However, please remember that all artists will have to sign the rental agreement, and that studio spaces are not meant to accommodate multiple artists simultaneously.
  • Can I bring a friend?
While we welcome all, our space is limited. Artists requiring a temporary assistant may request approval.
